How Commodexa handles a disagreement between a buyer and a seller over a trade in progress.

Raising a dispute

Either party to a deal may open a dispute from the Deal Room, stating the reason and attaching supporting evidence (documents, correspondence, inspection reports).

Review

Commodexa's Operations team reviews the deal's document chain, message thread and evidence submitted by both parties, and may request further information before making a determination.

Outcome

Every dispute and its resolution is recorded in the audit trail. Commodexa's determination addresses the use of the Platform and does not replace either party's right to pursue a separate legal remedy.
