Additional terms that apply to any business listing commodities for sale on Commodexa Exchange.

Listing accuracy

Sellers warrant that grade, quantity, certification and trade-term information in every listing is accurate and current, and will update or pause a listing promptly when it is not.

Verified status

Verified status is granted on review of CIPC, FICA and relevant licence documentation and may be revoked if a licence lapses (see the licence-expiry monitor in your Seller dashboard) or documentation is found to be inaccurate.

Responding to RFQs

Sellers are expected to respond to a request for quote within a reasonable time and to honour a quote for its stated validity period once issued.
